Applicant Privacy Notice
Version 3
Ria Digital, a unit of Dandelion Payments, Inc. (dba Ria Money Transfer) ("we"), provides this notice to job applicants when we collect your information through this application form.
Information you provide. Your name and contact details, your yes-or-no answer to a work-authorization question, your resume, and your answers to role-specific questions.
Information collected automatically. When you use this form we also collect your IP address, device and browser information, and limited interaction signals such as form-timing. We use these only to confirm that submissions are genuine and to protect the form against automated abuse. We do not request sensitive personal information on this form, and we ask that you not include it in your resume or answers.
How we use your information. To evaluate your application, communicate with you during hiring, meet our hiring and recordkeeping obligations, and protect the security and integrity of this form.
How we use artificial intelligence. We use an AI service to help organize and summarize your application, including extracting key details from your resume and preparing a preliminary summary for our recruiters. The AI is decision-support only. It does not reject applicants and it does not make hiring decisions. A human recruiter reviews applications and makes every advancement decision. You may ask that your application be reviewed by humans only, without AI assistance and at no disadvantage to you. Your resume text is sent to our AI provider only for this analysis. The provider does not use it to train its models, and retains it for a limited period (up to 30 days) to monitor for misuse, after which it is deleted unless a longer period is required by law. We do not use AI to make any decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect about you without human review.
How we share and store your information. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If your browser sends an opt-out preference signal, we honor it. We rely on a limited set of service providers, for hosting, our database, bot mitigation, and AI-assisted resume review, that process your information on our behalf under contract. The current list is in our Subprocessors notice. Your information is stored in the United States.
How long we keep your information. No longer than necessary to evaluate your application and meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations. We anonymize applicant records within 24 months of your last activity, unless a longer period is required by law, a legal hold applies, or you are hired.
Security. We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect applicant information, including access controls and encrypted, time-limited access to uploaded files.
Your privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know about and access the personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to limit our use of sensitive personal information, and to be free from retaliation for exercising these rights. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended; residents of some other states have similar rights under their own laws. To exercise a right, or to request a human-only review of your application, contact us using the details below. We will verify your identity before responding and will respond within the period required by applicable law, generally within 45 days. If we decline your request, you may ask us to reconsider.
Children. This application is for individuals seeking employment and is not directed to children.
Changes to this notice. If we change how we handle applicant information, we will publish an updated version with a new effective date. The version in effect when you applied governs your application.
