Technical Product Manager - Digital Growth

ProductDenver, USHybridFull-timePosted May 21, 2026Relocation support

About the Company

Ria Money Transfer is a business segment of Euronet Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: EEFT). We make it fast, reliable, and affordable for people to send money abroad. Ria has become one of the largest players in traditional remittances, and now we're focused on making online money transfers simple and accessible to everyone.

About the Role

We are hiring a Product Manager to lead our Public Site, riamoneytransfer.com. This is the front door to our product and brand. It includes all SEO-focused pages, marketing content, and the broader web experience across desktop and mobile.

Your work will focus on making the site faster, clearer, more useful, and easier to discover. You will experiment, optimize, and double down on what works. You will also help shape the stack and tooling used across the Public Site, choosing what gives us speed, flexibility, and visibility.

This role sits at the intersection of product, growth, and marketing: you'll be the connective tissue between content strategy, technical delivery, and business performance.

If you're driven by the challenge of making digital experiences more discoverable, useful, and impactful for real people around the world, this is a role where you can make it count.

What You'll Do

Identify and Prioritize

  • Analyze performance data, search trends, and user behavior to uncover opportunities.
  • Partner with Content and SEO specialists to identify strengths, gaps, and areas for improvement.
  • Translate insights into clear product bets that are measurable, testable, and aligned with business impact.

Drive Execution

  • Write clear specs that enable fast, confident development.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Engineering, and QA to ship high-quality features.
  • Maintain momentum by managing trade-offs and removing blockers.

Own the Metrics

  • Drive improvements in traffic, bounce rate, page engagement, and conversion.
  • Run experiments and phased rollouts, and apply insights from results to iterations.
  • Focus on meaningful gains and sustainable performance, not vanity metrics.

Coordinate and Align

  • Plan for compliance, legal, and operational needs early to move fast without risking quality or user experience.
  • Build alignment by explaining the 'why' behind decisions, not just seeking agreement.
  • Work with regional teams to support local needs without compromising on the core experience.
  • Ensure alignment with company strategy while making trade-offs and opportunity costs visible to stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in product or in roles that align with managing and optimizing public-facing websites, such as growth, SEO, or performance marketing.
  • Based in Denver, CO or willing to relocate, and available to work in-office at least Tuesday through Thursday.
  • Fluent in English, and comfortable collaborating with teams across time zones.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Degree in business, design, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Deep expertise in at least one of: product data, UX design, or web development.
  • Hands-on, with a bias for action and comfortable diving into the details.
  • Strong product sense and understanding of user behavior.
  • Clear communicator who backs decisions with evidence.
  • Proven record of shipping and iterating on impactful products.
  • Able to zoom in and out between strategy and execution.
  • Familiar with tools like Segment, Amplitude, Branch, PostHog or Iterable.
  • You regularly explore new apps and often find yourself analyzing what makes them work, or not.
